Shipping and Delivery Policy
At GVR Cabs, we provide cab services, not physical products. As such, no shipping or physical delivery is involved. Below are the guidelines pertaining to our service delivery:
1. Service Delivery
1.1 Cab Services:
- GVR Cabs offers seamless and reliable transportation services for airport drops and pickups within Hyderabad.
- The service is delivered in the form of a booked cab arriving at the specified pick-up location and time as confirmed during the booking process.
1.2 Timing:
- Our drivers strive to adhere to the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to factors like traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are encouraged to book their rides well in advance, especially for airport pickups and drops, to avoid last-minute inconveniences.
2. Responsibilities of the Customer
2.1 Pick-Up Location:
- Customers must ensure the pick-up location and contact details provided during booking are accurate and accessible.
2.2 Readiness: - Customers are expected to be ready at the pick-up location at the scheduled time. Drivers may wait for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time, after which waiting charges may apply.
3. Responsibilities of GVR Cabs
3.1 Driver and Vehicle Assignment:
- Once a booking is confirmed, a driver and vehicle are assigned to the customer, and details are shared prior to the trip.
3.2 Service Availability: - In rare cases where the assigned cab is unavailable, GVR Cabs will arrange an alternative vehicle or offer a refund of the advance amount (₹500).
4. No Shipping Involved
Since our services are purely transportation-based, there is no physical shipping, tracking, or delivery process applicable.
